When you find love at a Sports Store
Christian met Gabriela when she was working at Champs Sports Store. During the toast it was mentioned that he just kept asking for more shoes just to catch Gabriela’s attention. It’s just so cute the way they met. It makes sense that they met at a Sports store since Christian is a talented athlete that plays for the Boston Red Soxs.
Getting Ready at Hotel Vanderbilt
The day began at the Vanderbilt where they both were getting ready. Everyone was so at ease that the day promised for great pictures. How neat was the detail on Christian’s jacket with his player number embroidered. On the other hand, Gabriela looked so stunning with her David’s Bridal wedding gown.
Ceremony at Nuestra Señora de Fatima
We headed to Hato Rey for a beautiful ceremony at Nuestra Señora de Fatima where Duo Romanza delighted everyone with their music. To top it all of Ana Isabelle sang beautifully the Ave María for the couple. At the end of the ceremony we were greeted by Champ, Gabriela and Christian’s bulldog. What a gentle and obedient dog. Can’t get enough of doggies at weddings!
Bride and Groom Portraits at Fortaleza
Today I had the most awesome experience. We were escorted to La Fortaleza for Gabriela and Christian’s couple portraits. In love with those gardens and the house, wow! But what I loved most was how warm and loving they were with each other.
Wedding Reception at Casa Olímpica
Then we headed to Casa Olímpica for a fun reception surrounded by cool people ready to party! As I write this they are still probably at the venue having the time of their lives.
