Wedding Planning your Puerto Rico Event
The first time I met Mari and Juan in person was to talk about the plans for their destination wedding at Castillo Serrallés in Ponce. We had already finalized the booking but they wanted to meet in person so I could get a grasp of what their wedding vision looked like. Mari and Juan like to stay a bit of the traditional and their ideas seemed awesome to me. They were going to skip on the wedding cake, and provide their guest with ice cream. I thought it was delightful considering the tropical heat. They were having a pitorro kiosk and a bunch of other fun things. I knew immediately this wedding was going to go in the books as a very fun one. And I have to say I wasn’t wrong.
Reception at Castillo Serrallés
After the ceremony at Nuestra Merced church, we headed to the streets of Ponce. There I thought it would be a fun idea to take some shots at Calle Amor. I love the mural and the look of this sector and Mari and Juan rocked it. After a few snaps we headed to Castillo Serrallés and they day was just perfect. We were blessed with the beautiful views of Ponce and a fantastic sunset. The toast was so much fun. Instead of the traditional champagne they had shots of pitorro. To top of the night they ended with a fun batucada.
Thanks Mari and Juan, you guys were awesome! I shall always cherish the memory of this wedding!
