After Hurricane María, El Hotel San Juan was closed for renovations. Luckily they reopened and are looking better than ever. This hotel is situated on two miles of beautiful beach in Isla Verde. At the pool, you will find the Aquarelle overlooking the ocean. This outside bar served as the perfect spot for Ana and David’s cute intimate outdoor beach wedding.

First look between Ana and David

Staying away from the traditional, Ana and David opted to have a first look. A first look is a time for the couples to see each other before the ceremony. I love first looks and recommend them. It gives the couple some alone time before the ceremony.

It’s a space for themselves where they can get all their emotions out and not worry about anything before the ceremony. It’s also great to have their pictures taken with intact hair and makeup.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Because of the location and no passport needed our Island was the perfect destination to unite Ana and David’s families. They came from all over the US and brought together many different traditions. Ana being of Mexican decent brought in the latin flavor to the party. They had Mariachis and danced all night long.
