A carefully selected wedding team!
Choose a team that resonates with you. I recommend you hire a wedding planner. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have someone organize your event and be there for you to make sure things are going as planned. Also, they will take out the stress from your hands, leaving you time to relax and enjoy your day. Hacienda Siesta Alegre is a small venue, but due to it’s layout it requires proper planning to make sure people get to where they need to go and keep things in order.
Plan B
Tropical Island means tropical weather. Bring an open mind and a positive attitude. Being so close to the rainforest means there’s always a chance of rain. Come with a positive attitude! Some of my favorite wedding pics have happened under the rain or drizzle.
Keep your guest cool
Being an outdoors wedding, make sure you plan ahead and keep your guest comfortable. Our weather can be a little bit too hot. If your guest are used to being in A/C all the time or live at cooler areas make sure to provide them with hand fans, cool beverages or even icecream!
Bring it on!
Bring on your positive attitude and have fun! Don’t stress about the little details or the things that didn’t happen as planned. A positive attitude will reflect in your pictures and will make them awesome!
